We are pleased to inform that the Taiwan General Contractors Association (TGCA) will be hosting the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors Association (IFAWPCA) Mid-Term Executive Board Meeting from October 16-19, 2024 at the Grand Victoria Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan. In conjunction with the meeting, TGCA is inviting all delegates to participate in the activities planned in conjunction with the meeting, as well as interesting sightseeing activities in Taipei.
How to Register?

Step 2
Fill out the hotel reservation form
- To make your reservation, please complete the form and return it by fax or mail to the address provided in the form before August 31, 2024.
- To secure the best rates and guarantee your accommodation, please make your reservations at your earliest convenience.
Step 3
Visa application

Please ensure to check whether you require a visa and the processing time needed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Registration Office at ifawpca2024@tgca.tw

Receive confirmation of registration
- Please confirm if you have received the confirmation email. If there are any modifications needed for the registration, please contact Ms. Alena Chou at ifawpca2024@tgca.tw
Note:
- All participants must register by submitting a form.
- Except for the free registration for the City Tour on October 17 and the Accompanying Persons Tour on October 18, attendees are responsible for the cost of other travel arrangements.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation letter sent by the Registration Office via email.
- If you fail to receive the registration confirmation email after sending the registration form, please contact the Registration Office (ifawpca2024@tgca.tw).

Insurance
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Registration Office does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
